Surely we can’t go to ALL the protests…

“You look pumped up, dude.”

“I just got back from a protest. Biden was hosting a rally, and we totally disrupted it and got him to stutter.”

“Really? Why?”

“Gotta shame him for his policies on Gaza. He’s not doing enough. I mean, so what if he’s got a ‘red line’ and he’s sending humanitarian aid… it still hasn’t ended.”

“Yeah, man. You gotta wonder, how many clicks will it take? But our protest votes definitely have them Democrats worried.”

“Oh yeah. Next stop, Chicago.”

“I’m sure that portends nothing. But you know what’s convenient? The Republican Convention is just up the road in Milwaukee. We can make it a twofer.”

“Uhmm … what do you mean?”

“I agree that Biden could be stronger in rebuking Netanyahu. But Trump and the Republicans are equally complicit. Trump’s promised to let Netanyahu do whatever he wants, even if it means razing all of Gaza.”

“Sure, that’s bad, but wait a second—”

“And one could easily argue that Trump is directly responsible for the current conflict, including the terrorist attack on Israel, by excluding the Palestinians from all plans and negotiations during his presidency. By precluding a political solution for the Palestinians, Trump and Netanyahu further empowered the radical forces in the area, which lead to the horrible attack that started this current war.”

“Well, yeah, that’s a good point, but—”

“And of course, Trump will quash protests and free speech here, in America, if he is reelected, so we need to protest him now, before it is too late. In fact, I think Trump’s holding a rally down the road right now. You already have the signs ready for a second protest.”

“Whoa whoa whoa, slow down there. Have you seen the people at a Trump rally? Some of those guys are really big.”

“Oh yeah. I hadn’t thought of that.”

“And they all have guns.”

“Well, they’ll definitely see your protest on the news.”

“Oh yeah. At least the stuttering part. And they’ll definitely get the point.”
